Frequently asked questions

Answers about research access, product information and ordering.

Does account creation allow purchasing?

No. Complete the research application and verify your email. We review your organization and research purpose independently. A verified laboratory delivery address is required before purchasing access is approved.

What can I use the materials for?

Materials are for lawful organizational in vitro laboratory research within your approved categories. Human or animal administration, clinical use, personal use, compounding and resale are not permitted.

Where can I find pricing?

Product pages and the catalog show the current price where one is available. For an item without a listed price, use our contact form and include the product name or catalog ID.

Are reference masses measured?

No. Reference masses are calculated for the chain described on the product page. Modifications, tags, disulfides and chemical form can change the mass of the supplied material. A calculated reference mass does not replace a lot-specific measurement.

How do I ask about product documents?

Use our contact form for questions about a specification, certificate of analysis, analytical record or safety data sheet. Include the product name, catalog ID and lot identifier if available. Downloadable reference CSV files describe molecular identity and are not certificates of analysis.

Can I change my delivery address?

A different facility requires renewed review. The delivery destination for an order must match your approved laboratory address. Changes to account addresses reopen qualification.

How long does approval last?

Approval lasts no more than 180 days. We may approve a shorter period or a narrower material scope, or suspend access if circumstances change.

Do payment methods change the research requirements?

No. The same account, material and destination requirements apply to every payment method.

Does payment mean my order will ship?

We verify payment, current research authorization, material release and lot allocation before dispatch. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, we will review the appropriate resolution and any refund.
