Terms for using our website and ordering research materials.
Seller and scope
These terms govern use of the Pure Lab Research Peptides website and research-material orders we accept. Purchasing and fulfillment are subject to the eligibility, material, payment and delivery requirements described below.
Research-only eligibility
You must act for a qualified organization, have purchasing authority and provide accurate information for independent review. Approval is limited to the recorded research categories, institutional destination and expiry. Creating an account, verifying an email or making a declaration does not establish eligibility on its own.
Use restrictions
Materials are exclusively for lawful in vitro laboratory research. Human or animal administration, clinical or diagnostic use, personal use, compounding, resale and diversion are not permitted. You are responsible for appropriate laboratory oversight, handling and disposal. We do not provide dosing, injection or therapeutic instructions.
Accounts and review
Protect your account credentials and report unauthorized access. Do not share approval with another person or organization. Changes to affiliation, email, laboratory address or intended use require renewed review. We may reject, suspend or expire access if evidence is insufficient or an excluded use is suspected.
Products and documents
The selected product, unit quantity, chemical form and lot-specific documents define the supplied material. Reference sequences and calculated masses describe molecular identity and are distinct from measured results. We review supporting specifications, lot records and inventory before release for sale.
Orders and payment
Review the product, quantity, price and applicable delivery charges and taxes before payment. Orders require an approved account, approved facility and research declaration. We verify payment, eligibility and allocation before dispatch. An order acknowledgment or payment receipt alone does not authorize shipment. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, we will review the appropriate resolution and any refund.
Delivery and remedies
Our shipping and returns policies form part of these terms. Report discrepancies promptly and obtain our authorization before returning material. We assess refunds, replacements and cancellations using the facts and applicable law. Mandatory customer rights are not excluded.
Website and information
We do not provide medical advice, treatment recommendations or assurances of suitability for human or animal use. You are responsible for evaluating suitability for your lawful laboratory work using appropriate material records. Do not misuse the website, bypass access controls or falsify qualification evidence.
