Pure Lab / research materials
Privacy policy
How we handle account, research-application, order and inquiry information.
Who handles your information
Pure Lab Research Peptides is responsible for information collected through this website. Use our contact form for privacy questions or requests.
Information we collect
Research applications collect your name, email, organization, field of study, research type, nonconfidential research purpose and declarations. Laboratory delivery address and telephone are optional during the initial application; a verified delivery address is required before purchasing approval. We also retain review decisions, verification notes, reviewer identity, timestamps, approved categories and expiry. Account credentials are handled by the website’s authentication system.
Orders and inquiries
We retain the account, billing and delivery details, ordered materials, quantities, totals and status needed to manage orders. Research review records support eligibility, lot traceability and fulfillment decisions. Contact inquiries are saved privately for our team. Do not provide patient information, government identifiers or confidential research protocols.
Why we use information
We use these records to manage accounts, review research eligibility and affiliation, prevent diversion, restrict destinations and materials, process permitted orders, maintain traceability, provide support and investigate complaints. Research review may include checking public institutional sources or contacting your organization through a verified channel.
Sharing and payments
Authorized team members and the hosting, security, email, commerce, shipping and payment services we use may process information needed for their functions. Payment details are handled through the selected payment service. We do not store complete card numbers or security codes, and we do not sell research-application data.
Cookies and security
The website uses necessary authentication, session and shopping-cart cookies. Forms use request validation and rate limits, and application and review records are restricted to authorized team members. We use HTTPS. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We review expired, rejected and inactive application records for retention or deletion in light of traceability, dispute and other applicable requirements. Private inquiries older than 90 days are moved to Trash by a scheduled task, with subsequent removal following the site’s retention setting. Order, tax and accounting records are retained as required for the relevant purpose and applicable obligations. A privacy erasure request suspends purchasing authorization while we assess any lawful retention requirements.
Your requests
Use our contact form to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity. Data export can include your research application; deletion requests receive review so required records are not removed without assessment. Applicable rights depend on jurisdiction and are not limited by this page.
Changes and contact
We will update this policy when our data practices change. Please use our contact form for questions about this policy or how your information is handled.
