Research use and access policy
Independent research qualification is required before purchasing.
Permitted scope
Our service is intended for qualified organizations conducting lawful in vitro laboratory research at verified facilities in the United States. Materials may be used for analytical comparisons, biochemical assays and other work within an approved research scope.
Excluded uses
Personal use, self-experimentation, human or animal administration, clinical or diagnostic use, compounding, resale and diversion are not permitted. We do not provide dosing, injection, therapeutic or consumer-use instructions. Requests indicating an excluded use may be rejected or access may be suspended.
Evidence and review
The application asks for your name, email, organization, field of study, research type and a brief nonconfidential research purpose. Laboratory address and telephone can be provided during application; a verified US laboratory delivery address is required before purchasing approval. Our team reviews the organization, affiliation, research purpose and delivery destination using reliable sources. We may request a focused clarification when needed. Do not submit government IDs, patient records or confidential protocols.
Approval and changes
Approval specifies permitted material categories and one institutional delivery address, with an expiry no later than 180 days. Changes to your email, account addresses or application reopen review. We may request additional evidence, narrow access or suspend access when circumstances change.
Order and fulfillment checks
Purchasing requires an approved account, verified email, current category approval, an approved delivery address and a research-only declaration. We check material documentation, price and inventory before accepting a purchase. Before dispatch, we verify authorization, destination, quantities and lot allocation. Payment alone does not authorize shipment.
