Quality and documentation

Our quality approach centers on clearly identified materials, lot-specific documentation and traceable release decisions.

Product identity

We review each material’s molecular identity and supplied form before release. This includes its sequence or protein construct, species and isoform, termini, substitutions and other modifications, chemical form, source and unit quantity. Release decisions are based on the specification for the material being supplied.

Analytical evidence

We review authentic, lot-specific certificates of analysis and supporting analytical records. Purity results are assessed together with the method and its limitations; peptide content and chromatographic purity are different measurements. Observed molecular mass and spectra must correspond to the supplied lot. Calculated reference masses on this site describe a specified chain and do not replace measured results.

Safety and handling

Our release review includes applicable safety data sheets and material-specific storage, handling, stability and shipping information. Laboratory teams remain responsible for appropriate hazard assessment, containment and lawful disposal. We make no blanket claim of sterility or suitability for a particular assay.

Release and traceability

Before a material is released for sale, we require supplier identity, a product specification, lot identifier, net quantity, certificate of analysis, analytical evidence, safety documentation and a current lot review. Each approved order retains a record of its reviewed lot and research authorization before fulfillment.

Holds, complaints and recalls

We place suspect, expired, unreleased or recalled material on hold. If you identify a discrepancy, please report it with your order number and lot identifier. We will investigate, retain supporting evidence and contact affected customers when appropriate. Any replacement, refund or recall action will depend on the findings and applicable law.
